I made them mostly for my family. The best thing about this marinade is it is so good that I used it for grilled vegetables too. They are extremely good with Spanish rice. You will never miss the meat. The pork chop on my plate is only for show. Actually living in Canada with very few days of summer like weather, hubby still goes outside to grill in -20 degree weather. Haha. I don't eat pork, bug my hubby does and I know he would enjoy this marinade. Thank you for sharing.
